Yoga Classes

Rejuvenate with yoga classes on Koh Lipe’s beaches. Join sunrise flows, sunset meditation, and eco-friendly retreats.

Koh Lipe’s beaches and calm rhythm create the perfect setting for yoga. From sunrise flows to moonlit sound baths, the island’s studios and retreats invite both beginners and experienced practitioners to connect with body and mind against the backdrop of waves and palms.

Top Experiences

Sunrise Vinyasa at Serenity Resort offers a ninety minute flow on Sunrise Beach for 400 THB. Sessions end with fresh coconut water and fruit, with mats and blocks provided.

Evenings at The Sanctuary Koh Lipe feature Yin Yoga with crystal bowl sound healing. At 600 THB, the practice is slow and restorative, ideal after swimming or hiking.

Eco yoga retreats at Castaway Resort last three to five days. Packages from 5,000 to 10,000 THB include accommodation, daily practice, guided meditation, beach cleanups and vegan meals.

Best Time to Practise

November to April brings cooler mornings and evenings, perfect for outdoor flows. From May to October classes are smaller and more reflective, sometimes moving under cover during rain.

Eco Tips

Choose studios such as EcoZen Yoga that use recycled mats and donate to coral projects. Bring a reusable bottle and wear moisture wicking clothes to handle the humidity.
