Price are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) per person per package. Child rates are applicable for ages 2 to 11 years.

Remarks

1. New Year’s Eve (31 Dec): 2,900 THB per adult, 1,450 THB per child (5–12 yrs), 0–4 yrs free. Compulsory for all in-house guests.

2. Songkran Festival Buffet Dinner (11–13 Apr): 550 THB per adult, 450 THB per child (5–12 yrs), 0–4 yrs free. One compulsory dinner per stay (choice of 12–14 Apr).

3. Low Season (16 May – 31 Oct 2026): Package includes room, breakfast and round-trip boat transfer only. No activities due to weather conditions.

Terms & Conditions

• A minimum of 2 adults is required to make a reservation.

• Guests must provide their full name, email address, identification number, and phone number for reservation purposes.

• Children under 18 years of age cannot make a booking without parental consent.

• Guests should ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond its expiry date.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of the booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

• Full payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• The itinerary is subject to change due to flight schedules or adverse weather conditions.

• Sari Pacifica Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any cancellations or changes due to war, riots, natural disasters, fire, adverse weather, or major thunderstorms before or during the trip.

• Sari Pacifica Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any delays or cancellations of flights that affect the entire trip.

• Sari Pacifica Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, incident, or unfortunate event during the trip.

• Package prices do not include taxes, service charges, or other levies that may apply during the stay.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will incur a full charge (100% of the booking amount).

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will be refunded 50% of the total booking amount.

• In the case of a "No Show," guests will be charged the full booking amount.

• Foreign guests are advised to apply for their visa before arriving in Malaysia.

• A multiple entry visa is required for Malaysia.

• A single entry visa is required for Thailand.

• Guests are advised to prepare THB200 for the Tarutao National Park Fee, to be paid upon arrival at Satun Pakbara, Thailand Immigration.

• Children aged 0–1 will stay free of charge throughout their stay.

• Children aged 2–11 will be charged the child rate.

• Children aged 12 years and above will be charged at the adult rate.
